For best everyday performance, recharge the lamp fully when required and avoid leaving it completely discharged for extended periods.

Bedroom: place Capri on a bedside table for softer evening light when overhead lighting feels too bright.

Living room: use it on a side table, shelf, media unit or console to add another warm layer of light around the room.

Dining area: position it on a dining table or nearby sideboard to create a more relaxed atmosphere for evening meals and hosting.

Desk or dressing table: add gentle ambient lighting to soften your workspace or dressing area.

Hallway: style Capri on a console table to create a warmer welcome without relying entirely on ceiling lighting.

Rented or compact homes: the rechargeable design gives you more freedom to improve a darker corner without rewiring, drilling or permanently changing the room.

• Place on a stable, level and dry surface
• Select the brightness level that best suits the room and occasion
• Recharge when required to maintain normal operating performance
• Keep the lamp away from direct water, excessive moisture and persistently damp conditions
• Avoid covering the lamp while it is switched on or charging
• Use indoors unless outdoor suitability has been specifically confirmed

Capri is designed primarily for ambient and decorative lighting. Its suitability for detailed reading, close work or other dedicated task-lighting applications will depend on the amount of light required for that activity.

Capri works especially well when used as part of a layered lighting scheme rather than relying on one bright ceiling light. Pair it with floor lamps, wall lighting or other smaller lamps to create a softer and more considered atmosphere.

Choose one of the neutral finishes for a quieter look alongside warm woods, stone, natural fabrics and soft neutral interiors. Alternatively, use red, orange, yellow or pink as a small colour accent within an otherwise restrained room.

On a bedside table or shelf, allow a little surrounding space around the dome silhouette so its curved form feels intentional rather than crowded.

• Switch the lamp off before cleaning
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry or microfibre cloth
• Avoid abrasive cleaning tools
• Avoid harsh chemical cleaners
• Do not immerse the lamp in water
• Keep away from rain, standing water and excessive moisture
• Store indoors when not in regular use
