Please allow 1 working day for KaShi Living to confirm and accept your order before shipping begins.
Standard Products
Shipped within 7–10 working days from confirmation. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves our UK fulfilment studio.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Some products are specially made to order to ensure the highest quality and finish. For these items, please allow:
- Up to 5 working days for order processing and confirmation, and
- 7–10 working days for UK delivery after dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation of dispatch email once your made-to-order item departs our studio.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Returns & cancellations (legal notice): Because these items are made to your specifications, the usual 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg 28(1)(b)). This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

How long does it take to process my order?

When will my order arrive?
Standard products are shipped within 7–10 working days from confirmation. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel leaves our UK fulfilment studio.
What does “made-to-order” mean?
Made-to-order pieces are individually produced once your order is confirmed, rather than held in stock. This process ensures each item is crafted with care and quality checked before dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation of dispatch email once your piece leaves our atelier.
Do any items have a longer lead time?
Yes — specific pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for processing, then 7–10 working days for UK delivery after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation of dispatch email when your order departs our atelier.
Can I cancel or return a made-to-order item?
Because made-to-order items are produced to your specifications, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg 28(1)(b)). This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described. If you need help, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
