UK delivery

Standard delivery is currently free on eligible UK orders, with no additional standard delivery charge added at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise for a particular product, service or promotion.

International delivery

KaShi Living is a UK-based home lighting and décor retailer offering international delivery to selected destinations, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and selected countries across Europe.

Eligible international orders currently have an additional delivery charge of £7.95 per order, or the corresponding amount shown at checkout where another supported currency is displayed.

Delivery availability is based on the destination entered at checkout. If a destination cannot currently be selected during checkout, we may not be able to deliver there at that time.

Please allow up to 1 working day for order review and processing before dispatch.

Standard items

Standard eligible UK and international orders are normally estimated to arrive within 10–15 working days after dispatch, unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page, at checkout or in your order information.

Made-to-order items

Some items may be prepared specifically for your order rather than held as standard stock. Where this applies, the product page or order information will show the relevant processing or delivery estimate. Made-to-order products may take longer than standard items.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. International public holidays, customs processing and local carrier schedules may also affect delivery times.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been sent.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, duties, import taxes or other charges depending on the destination, product type, country of origin and applicable local rules.

Where duties or import taxes are included, prepaid or collected as part of your order, this will be reflected in the relevant checkout or delivery information. Where they are not shown as included, additional destination charges may apply.

Customers should review the total shown at checkout before placing an international order.

International delivery delays

International delivery can occasionally take longer because of customs checks, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery times shown on your confirmation email are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date. If there is a significant known delay affecting your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

Check your delivery address

Please check your name, delivery address, postcode or ZIP code and contact details carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot always be made once an order has entered the fulfilment or carrier network.

Orders arriving in more than one parcel

In some cases, items from the same order may be dispatched separately or arrive at different times. Where available, separate tracking information may be provided for each parcel.

Made-to-order and personalised products

A product being made to order does not automatically mean that your change-of-mind rights are excluded.

Where an item is genuinely made to your individual specification or clearly personalised, statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
