Some items are made to order, which means they are specially prepared for your order rather than held in regular stock.
Please allow 13–18 working days after order confirmation for UK delivery of made-to-order pieces.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Important: If a product is made to your specification or clearly personalised for your order, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
