Order confirmation

Please allow up to 1 working day for us to confirm and accept your order.

Standard items

Standard items usually arrive within 10–15 working days after order confirmation.

Made-to-order items

Some items are made to order, which means they are specially prepared for your order rather than held in regular stock. Made-to-order items usually arrive within 13–18 working days after order confirmation.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Dispatch updates

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Made-to-order note

If a product is made to your specification or clearly personalised for your order, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
