Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept major payment methods available at checkout, including card payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Shopify Payments where available.
Can I change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard items usually arrive within 10–15 working days after order confirmation. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the UK only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return period?
If you are a consumer buying online, you will usually have 14 days from receiving your order to request a cancellation or return, unless an exception applies.
Who pays for return postage?
For eligible change-of-mind returns, return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
What happens if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and, where possible, include photographs. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund.
