What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna, and Shopify Pay.

Can I change my order?
Yes, but only before dispatch. After dispatch, please use our returns process.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days from dispatch. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently deliver within the UK only.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

Returns

What is your return period?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Who pays for return postage?
• Change-of-mind returns: you cover return postage.
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: KaShi Living covers return postage.

Do you issue vouchers for faulty goods?
No. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
