2. Promotional period

The Birthday Week Complete the Space offer begins on 10:08 UK time on 22 October 2026  and ends at 23:59 UK time on 2 November 2026.

Qualifying orders must be completed before the promotional closing time.

3. How the offer works

During the promotional period, purchase an eligible KaShi Living lamp with a qualifying current selling price of £65 or more and receive 35% off one eligible finishing-touch product purchased in the same order.

The promotional saving applies to the eligible finishing touch rather than to the qualifying lamp.

4. Eligible lamps

Qualifying lamps are selected KaShi Living lighting products with a current qualifying selling price of £65 or more.

Eligible lamps will be identified through the relevant product, collection or promotional pages on the KaShi Living website.

Product eligibility is determined by the applicable selling price and promotional eligibility when the order is placed.

5. Eligible finishing touches

The Birthday Week saving may apply to selected eligible products within the following categories:

• Artwork
• Clocks
• Organisers
• Hooks
• Throws

Eligible products will be identified on the relevant product, collection or Complete the Space promotional pages.

6. Number of discounted finishing touches

Each qualifying lamp purchased within an order unlocks the promotional saving on one eligible finishing touch in that same order.

For example:

• One qualifying lamp may unlock 35% off one eligible finishing touch.
• Two qualifying lamps may unlock 35% off up to two eligible finishing touches.

The final qualifying discount allocation will be shown in the basket or at checkout before the order is completed.

7. Automatic discount

No promotional code is required.

Where the applicable eligibility requirements are met, the promotional saving will be applied automatically when the qualifying lamp and eligible finishing touch are included in the same order.

Customers should check that the expected Complete the Space saving is displayed in their basket or at checkout before completing their purchase.

8. Other discounts and promotional codes

The Birthday Week Complete the Space offer cannot be combined with any other promotional code or discount code.

Where another promotion or reduction already applies to a product, that product may be excluded from the Complete the Space offer or only one applicable promotional benefit may apply.

The applicable promotion and final amount payable will be displayed in the basket or at checkout before the customer completes their purchase.

9. Product availability

All products remain subject to availability.

KaShi Living may update the selection of eligible products where reasonably necessary because of product availability or other genuine operational requirements.

Any such change will not affect qualifying orders already completed before the change.

10. Prices and promotional savings

Product prices, promotional savings and the final amount payable will be shown before the customer completes their order.

The advertised 35% saving is conditional on the Complete the Space bundle requirements being satisfied. It is not an unconditional 35% reduction across the artwork, clock, organiser, hook or throw categories.

11. Delivery

Normal product and destination-specific delivery estimates continue to apply to orders placed through the promotion.

Please allow one additional working day for order confirmation and processing before the stated delivery period begins.

The applicable delivery estimate and any delivery charge will be displayed on the relevant product page and/or during checkout before the purchase is completed.

International delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery periods may vary according to the destination and products ordered.

12. Returns and cancellations

Purchases made through the Complete the Space promotion remain subject to the KaShi Living Returns Policy and all applicable statutory consumer rights.

Where a discounted product is returned and a refund is due, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid for that product after the applicable promotional saving.

Nothing in these promotional terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights.

13. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products

Customers retain all applicable statutory rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the applicable contract.

14. Changes to the promotion

KaShi Living may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its reasonable control or genuine operational requirements.

Any such change will not affect qualifying orders already validly completed before the change.

16. End of Birthday Week

The special 35% Birthday Week Complete the Space saving ends at 23:59 UK time on 2 November 2026.

From 3 November 2026, the Birthday Week 35% saving will no longer apply. The standard Complete the Space bundle described below will apply instead, subject to the eligibility requirements displayed at that time.

Standard Complete the Space Bundle Terms

Effective from: 3 November 2026

1. How the standard bundle works

From 3 November 2026, customers who purchase an eligible KaShi Living lamp with a qualifying current selling price of £65 or more may receive 20% off one eligible finishing-touch product purchased in the same order.

2. Eligible lamps

Qualifying lamps are selected KaShi Living lighting products with a qualifying current selling price of £65 or more and identified as eligible for the Complete the Space bundle.

3. Eligible finishing touches

Eligible finishing touches may include selected:

• Artwork
• Clocks
• Organisers
• Hooks
• Throws

4. Number of discounted products

Each qualifying lamp unlocks the 20% bundle saving on one eligible finishing touch purchased in the same order.

Where multiple qualifying lamps are purchased, each qualifying lamp may unlock the saving on one eligible finishing touch, subject to product eligibility and availability.

5. Automatic application

No promotional code is required.

Where the eligibility requirements are satisfied, the applicable Complete the Space saving will be applied automatically in the basket or at checkout.

6. Other discounts and promotional codes

The standard Complete the Space bundle cannot be combined with any other promotional code or discount code.

Where another promotion or reduction applies to a product, only the applicable offer displayed in the basket or at checkout will apply.

KaShi Living may change or withdraw the standard bundle, its saving, eligible products or qualifying requirements in the future.

Any current offer, saving and eligibility requirements will be displayed on the KaShi Living website before a customer completes their purchase. Changes will not retrospectively affect orders already validly completed.
