Your order is accepted when we dispatch it and send a dispatch confirmation email.

About KaShi Living
KaShi Living is a UK-facing online retailer offering home lighting and décor products for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Orders & contract formation
When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices & payment
All prices shown on our website are in GBP. Where applicable, prices shown to UK consumers include VAT. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown before checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Processing & delivery
Please allow up to 1 working day for us to confirm and accept your order.
Standard items usually arrive within 10–15 working days after order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
Made-to-order items
Some items are made to order, which means they are specially prepared for your order rather than held in regular stock.
Please allow 13–18 working days after order confirmation for UK delivery of made-to-order items.
If a product is made to your specification or clearly personalised for your order, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Cancellation rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.
This right may not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised. Full details are set out on our Returns & Cancellations page.
Returns & refunds
Eligible returns must be requested within the applicable returns period and sent back in a suitable condition, with original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Change-of-mind returns: return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: please contact us and we will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Where helpful, we may ask for photographs so we can assess the issue quickly.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Product information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and colours are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, materials, or manufacturing differences.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, or other external events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, graphics, and product presentation, is owned by or licensed to KaShi Living and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

If you have a complaint about your order or our service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

When is my order accepted?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help. After dispatch, your cancellation rights will depend on the product type and your statutory consumer rights.
What are your processing and delivery times?
Please allow up to 1 working day for order confirmation. Standard items usually arrive within 10–15 working days after order confirmation.
Do any items take longer to arrive?
Yes. Made-to-order items usually arrive within 13–18 working days after order confirmation.
