Terms & Conditions

Welcome to KaShi Living. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These protect both you as a customer and us as a retailer.

1. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order, and a dispatch confirmation email will be sent at that time.

2. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days from dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Made-to-Order Items

Certain products are specially made to order to ensure premium quality and attention to detail. For these items, please allow:

  • 7 days for production, and
  • 7–10 working days for UK delivery after dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation of dispatch by email once your item leaves our warehouse.

Legal notice: Made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b). This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have 14 days from receipt to request a return under UK law.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent to our UK business address (provided during the returns request).
  • Change-of-mind returns: the customer covers return postage.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods: KaShi Living covers return postage and will provide a replacement or refund.

4. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for the following unless faulty:

  • Hygiene-sealed products once opened
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order goods
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital vouchers

5. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs checks, or extreme weather. KaShi Living is not liable for customs duties, handling fees, or import charges where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and product designs on our website are owned by KaShi Living and may not be used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes may be referred to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched (you will receive a confirmation email), cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return eligible items under our returns policy.

What are your processing and delivery times?

Do any items take longer to arrive?

Yes — certain made-to-order products require additional crafting time. Please allow 7 days for production and 7–10 working days for delivery after dispatch. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Who pays return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, KaShi Living covers or reimburses the return costs.

How do you handle faulty goods?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g. photos). We will arrange a refund or replacement. Return costs are covered by KaShi Living.
