The Terra Flip Clock combines PVC flip cards with ABS components and a 304 stainless-steel body. The metal housing is designed to resist everyday moisture and discolouration and can be wiped clean easily, while the printed cards are cut and assembled by hand for crisp, high-contrast numerals. A wood-effect base grounds the look and adds warmth to shelves and desktops.

This clock uses a precision movement built around a high-frequency signal source, designed for consistent timekeeping under normal household conditions (manufacturer description). It is powered by a single D-size battery (not included). Always insert the battery with the correct polarity as marked in the compartment and use quality, CE-marked batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types. Remove the battery if the clock will not be used for an extended period, and keep all batteries out of reach of children and pets. For safety, do not expose the clock to water, excessive heat or open flames, and avoid forcing the flip cards or internal mechanism.

Place the clock on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, high humidity and strong vibration. To clean, gently dust or wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive pads, solvent-based cleaners, glass sprays or polishes on the flip cards or mechanism, as these may damage the printed surfaces and moving parts. Avoid turning the time by forcing the cards directly; instead, use the adjustment knob provided on the movement (if present) following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Dimensions are hand-measured and may vary slightly between individual clocks. As with all mechanical flip clocks, a soft clicking sound may be heard as the minutes change; this is part of the normal operation. Intended for indoor, dry spaces only. If used on delicate surfaces, consider adding protective pads under the base to prevent marks.
