- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How long does delivery take?

- Orders are confirmed within 1 working day before shipping begins.
- Standard products arrive within 10-15 working days after confirmation.
- Made-to-order pieces take 13-18 days delivery.
- You’ll always receive a dispatch confirmation email.
Note: Made-to-order items are custom crafted and not eligible for standard 14-day returns under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg 28 (1)(b)), unless faulty or not as described.
